Hello,

I have made the strange decision to run the Men's Health 10k Urban Assault Course in October, fittingly named SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST.  Although I am now at my fittest since leaving school (not much to boast about) it's gonna be HARD!  I will be running for Leicester Charity Link, a charity local to me that helps disadvantaged people in the community of Leicestershire and Rutland (www.charity-link.org), have a look and see the great work that they do.  Please help me to raise some deserving money for them, as little or as much as you can manage!!!
