You'll recall that last year I did the London-Brighton ride. This year (June 27th) I am going to do the slightly longer London-Hove (Capital to Coast) ride for charity. Capital to Coast benefits five partner charities undertaking crucial work with babies, children and adults - Norwood, Bliss, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, the Down's Syndrome Association and Heart's Have a Heart.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I have a target of £500, but hope to surpass that.  Please help me achieve that... I'd be eternally grateful!
