I am running the Great South Run on the 24th October. As you know I am no runner and its 10 miles. I am doing it for the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust. It is an awesome charity which Inspires young people to find and fulfil their potential in sport or in life through its workforce of elite sports performers. These athletes are given a hand by the trust to realise their full talents and find their full potential. So come on give me a hand!!
