Who are Catalyst? - three distinct supportive streams , all of which are not decreasing in need during these challenging times   

Catalyst is a non-profit organisation working with people who are dealing with issues stemming from drug and alcohol misuse and mental health - including housing, involvement with criminal justice, relationships with family and friends and getting back into work  

Catalyst Mental Health and Wellbeing offers support, guidance and activities to increase wellbeing for people affected by stress, anxiety and depression

Catalyst Drug & Alcohol Services offers access to support for drug and alcohol users who want to change their lives, reducing the harm to themselves, their families and communities.

While Catalyst Counselling offers individual and family and friends counselling, group work, assessment and referrals to address the wider factors around drug and alcohol use.

They need it. We (hopefully ) don’t.
