We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

I'm cycling 100 miles through London and Surrey in August 2014 on behalf of a friend's daughter who, thanks to all the efforts of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, can now look forward to a childhood that the majority of us took for granted.

Casey Bex was diagnosed with Leukaemia at the age of 2 and having received 2 and a half years of treatment is now free from therapy and has been for the past 2 years.

As an added incentive for the malevolent of you out there, I've promised that should I hit the £750 mark, I'll shave my legs for the event!!!, if if hit £1000 I'll have them waxed and post a video!!!

So please give whatever you can, big or small, it all helps.

Thanks to all the fundraising from Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, the survival success rate for young children is now at 85% and all the research is funded by people like you and me as its a non government funded charity.

In addition my adult sister was also diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2011 and has also now made a full recovery, thanks once again to research and the funding of people like you.
