This fundraising page has been set up at the request of an incredible man called Simon who has been an extremely active and valued member of our team at Daybreaks Kennels.

Simon is currently very ill and I, Ruth Price, spoke to Simon yesterday and he requested that we set up a fundraiser in his name.   The aim being to raise money to go towards helping future proof and secure the kennels in years to come.   Daybreaks Trust and Kennels have been an important part of Simon's life - a place Simon said gave him 'a purpose in life'.

The kennels are currently rented.   Simon's wishes are for Daybreaks Trust to eventually own the site which would secure its future forever.  This would mean that we can continue to rehome greyhounds, in turn changing the lives of not only the dogs and those who adopt but all the volunteers who are part of our Daybreaks Family.
