On Sunday 30th June British Gas are aiming to raise £1m for GOSH, with Brtish Gas Swims Britain.  Around the UK hundreds of employees, and families, will be swimming for this great cause.

I am doing a family swim, which involves swimming 2000m between the team.  I have roped in my son Lewis (7), and nieces Sophie (10) and Charlotte (7), along with my wife Noelle. Between us the 2000m should be manageable, with me doing as little actual swimming as possible!

Any donation is greatly appreciated and it is truly a great cause, as the GOSH offers so much care & support for children, and their families, who are going through all kinds of illness and challenges.
