"Not a built runner and very much a sprinter...I took to running more seriously over 4 years ago...and decided this year to committ my mornings, lunch-times, evenings, weekends....basically every spare moment to training for Stratford Upon Avon Marathon in April!"

 

No matter what your belief's are in life I think we all agree on a few things: 'everyone should have the right to clean water, sanitation, food, shelter and education'. With these core principles a charity was born called 'Starfish', a charity my dad set-up, to raise money for Malawian communties in Africa to ensure every child had a chance in life. The charity has assisted in re-building communities (including schools, sports facilities, community buildings and churches), providing school meals, educating/providing communities with the tools or equipment to make a living, plus much, much more.
