On the 1st of April 2011, Elle and Rosie plan to cycle from Plymouth to Africa... departing from the Souk on the Barbican arriving at a Souk in Morocco... Souk to Souk. 

SO WHAT'S THE DEAL...... yes we need your help, we are currently in training with the intention to cover 70 miles a day on the trip, this is BIG very BIG.... and WHY I hear you say... you crazy fools... ok we know this but its for charity and what is there to lose....
