Story

In South Sudan, a generation of children with disabilities are locked out of an education and trapped in a cycle of poverty.
Pupils and staff of St Andrew's & St Bride's High School will stride (walk/run) 6500km during the month of March to raise money and awareness for the work that SCIAF are doing here. This is the distance from East Kilbride to Juba, the capital of Sudan.

All money raised will be doubled by the UK Government to help those living in South Sudan.

About the charity

We help people in the world’s poorest places to lift themselves out of poverty, work together to protect our common home, and help people recover from disaster. We work in partnership with local and church organisations, supporting communities across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
