Please support me in running the London Marathon for Joint Action. Please have a look at their website.

One in two of us will need orthopaedic intervention in our lives and many children are affected. Let's give them a chance !!

Here is how you can help. I will be running the London Marathon and you support Joint Action with whatever amount you can spare. To make this more interesting and rewarding I propose the following: You will agree to a additional top-up donation if I make a personal best. My personal best so far is 3h 57m). If I fail to make the personal best, I will pick up your top-up donation. Please send me an email with your top up donation or leave a message with your donation.
