Together we represent one of 15 teams taking part in a virtual walk - 17 times around the island of Jersey (48 miles) over 25 days in January (commencing 8th January 2018).

The virtual route is approximately 816 miles, which is around 1,632,000 steps; just over 10,000 (10,880 to be exact) steps a day for each team member participating.

Collectively the 15 teams are raising money for three very worthy local charities, Jersey Cheshire Homes, Jersey Alzheimers Association and Jersey Hospice. 

Our team is raising funds on behalf of Jersey Hospice! At Jersey Hospice Care, it costs around GBP14,600 per daily to provide their care facilities. Jersey Hospice is an independent charity and is reliant on donations to maintain its service to the island of Jersey.
