On Sunday 11th July I am running the East Pennines Run For All 10K.  I have never done one before as I absolutely detest running for runnings sake,   My chosen Charity is Derian House Childrens Hospice, which is the partner charity of Lancashire RFU,  they provide care and support for terminally ill children and their families.  Additionally I will be accompanied by 2 of my service users both of whom have never entered an event like this.
