Hi everyone

 

On July 3rd Darryl & I are taking part in the Great London Swim, a one mile open water swim in Canary Wharf.  We hope to raise £500 or more in aid of St Michael's Hospice in Hereford.  This is the hospice where Darryl's father spent the last week of his life and we want to give something back to help them continue their valuable work.
