This year I have challenged myself to run 5K in York to support a colleague, but also because I want to show that kicking Cancer's backside can be done! With all our continued effort we will win over cancer, My grandma was diagnosed with two types of cancer  and has successfully made it through. My Guide leader has also had Cancer and defeated it too. These inspirational women are everything to me, personally, and professionally and I want to encourage the good work by our nurses, support workers, health care assistants, community teams, surgeons, consultants, and boffins in the labs doing the good research to get us where we need to be!

Please help me by donating what you can to encourage me to do what I hate and those who know me well enough will know I don't even run for a bus! In return for your generosity I will sacrifice my dignity for those I love so we can support Cancer Research.
