After gaining a very valuable ballot place for this years Virgin London Marathon I have chosen to raise as much money as possible for Harrow MS Therapy Centre. This MS therapy centre provides invaluable help and support to a great many individuals, one of those is a personal friend of mine. So I know first hand the really great work that they do for people with multiple sclerosis.

The Harrow MS Centre depend on their own fundraising efforts and the support of many individuals, local companies, organisations and groups, and charitable trusts. While we are waiting for a cure, the centre needs all the help they can get from its members, families, friends, associates, and from anyone who can raise money for them. All monies raised enable the centre to fulfil its mission of improving the quality of life for people with MS.
