My Dad has Advanced Alzheimer's he is not even 70 yet! He was diagnosed at the age of 63 (he didn't even get enjoy his retirement properly.) He is now in residential care and safe.  My wonderful sister cared for my dad while he was at home washing his dirty clothes and changing his bedsheets everyday with the home help that was available to us. 

So, I thought I would raise money for the Alzheimer's society by taking part in some differing events.  

This year I'm walking 100km from Regents park London to Bletchley, walking along the Grand union canal in hopefully 24hrs!
