We We help bereaved parents to ease funeral costs after road death

Story

Those who know me know that my hair is long in the picture, it’s a point that drives me potty. During the current lockdown I am not going to cut my hair, regardless of how long it takes. I might end up looking like a hippy from the sixties and be able to have one of those pony tail things! This will be very difficult for me and when he day comes I will consider bids from anyone that wants to cut down to a number one! The relief for me will be immense!

As a charity we aim to help bereaved parents/guardians with the sudden and tragic road death of a child up to the age of 25. No parent is ever financially or emotionally prepared for such a loss. We offer help with funeral costs and also give emotional support at such a sad time. We also deliver a very powerful presentation in schools throughout the country to educate our future drivers of the possible consequences of irresponsible driving.

About the charity

The death of a loved one on the roads is a very traumatic time for anyone. To lose a child/dependant under 25 years of age is unimaginable. Quite often insurance is not in place for the sudden and unexpected expense, no parent is prepared. We help lift that burden and also give much needed support.
