Hey guys and girls!

   Right, me and a few of the lads have decided we wanted to do a big charity run this year! We decided on the GRIM challenge, which is a 10k run through an army vehicle testing track, so expect lots of mud, water and exhaustion! The race takes place in Aldershot on Sunday the  5th of December.

   We have decided to run for the Muscular Help Foundation, as some of our close friends have family members affected by muscular disorders. The Muscular Help Foundation helps accelerate the eradication of muscle disorder through education, promoting awareness and generating funds.

   This run will be a great achievement for me, and im sure will help raise needed funds for charity. If you are reading this, then many thanks already. Whatever money you can donate will be a huge help, and will give me extra motivation to train harder for the event. Whatever money you can spare, however little, will be greatly appreciated. Please remember that the money raised will help people close to home!

   The money raises will be a HUGE incentive for me to keep training harder all the way to December! The run is VERY muddy and full off hills, obsticles and huge puddles. This will NOT be an easy run! Thank you massivley for reading this, please please donate what you can!
