Hey Guys,

On 31st January, I will be doing tough guy. For those of you who don't know, tough guy is an event which is designed to test you physically and mentally.  It starts with a 10 kilometre run, in the mud, up and down a lot of steep hills! Once You have struggled through this, you are faced with a horrible assault course, including water tunnels, flaming hay bales, barbed wire crawls and a run through electrically charged wires! Not very nice eh?

Then on the 14th March I will be running the Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon. This is all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care, the do great work and i have seen the benefits of this very close to home.
