Its my longest run since the 2007 London Marathon. I did say after that one that 10K was more my distance, but hey this is the inaugural Ipswich Half Marathon! I've managed to run about ten miles so far - hard work, I've just got to find another three on the day. St Elizabeth Hospice is an independent local charity and all of their services are provided free of charge. In total it costs £5.9 million each year to run the Hospice, of which 77% is raised by supporters. If nothing else the photo is worth a donation!! Thanks in anticipation.
