Hi everyone. As you can see I'm running the London Marathon again in 2010. I have chosen to run this time for Help for Heroes. As most of you will know this is a thoroughly worthwhile charity commited to help our troops wounded in the ongoing conflicts around the world. Having served myself for a number of years I know what a great job is being done by this charity. So please try to dig deep in these hard times and help those who really need our help.
