This year I am riding the Prudential Ride London 100 and raising money for the London Cycling Campaign (LCC), who lobby for safe space for cyclists.

I have been working on a voluntary basis for LCC for the last two years - it's something I believe passionately in and as most of you know, for any of you who have cycled with me, I get on very well with motorists!

Every year around 19,000 cyclists are killed or injured in some way in the UK according to Rospa - so far this year in London there have been 6 unneccessary deaths - the London Cycling Campaign  believe that every Londoner, whatever their age or ability, deserves safe and inviting space for cycling on all London's streets.

It would mean so much if you could contribute to this great cause and make the streets safer for everyone!
