In my 40th year I hope to run the Virgin London Marathon in under 4 hours.  This will mean taking more than 19 minutes off my previous time!!  I am running for such a great charity that supports terminally ill children and their families.  This is my second and final marathon, I am hanging up my runners!!  So please dig deep and donate now!!
