Hello, over one weekend in September I’ve entered Tough Mudder Northwest on Saturday 8th and the Great North Run on Sunday 9th.  I’ve done both of these events before but to challenge myself I’m doing them back to back for the first time, a decision i'm already regretting as its two weeks before my 51st birthday!

I’m raising money for St. Cuthbert's Hospice, a charity based in my home town of Durham, who provide specialist palliative and end of life care to all those affected by life-limiting illnesses.

All donations would greatly appreciated but as I'm doubling up, why don't you and give twice as much as you initially intended.
