On Sunday 1st October I completed the Great North Run running the 13 miles from Newcastle to South Shields.  My time for the run was 2 hours, 15 mins and 52 seconds.

Most of you have already agreed to sponsor me for this event and I thought it might be easier for those of you with web access to send your money via this web site.  If you wish to know how much you agreed to sponsor me, please email me or give me a call.
