I am taking part in the London Triathlon this year to raise money for Petal, a charity which was set up by my fiance Rachel's family who suffered the loss of Christine Woodberry to cancer in 2008. The charity has has been set up to support cancer sufferers and their families across the country.  Please support Petal by sponsoring me - any donations will be welcomed and much appreciated.

The Event

This is my first Triathlon and I have been training hard.

It has been a tough 10 weeks to get from unfit to triathlon participant - particularly now as I am getting more competitive about my finish time ! We'll see.......

750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run
