As most of you know, I am not a runner. So you might wonder why I signed up to run the Middlesbrough 10k...

Well now that the wedding and dissertation are over I need some  challenge to focus on for the next few months. Going from being  able to run exactly 0k  to 10 will definitely be that challenge! I have  chosen to run for Arthritis Research UK as their information and research have supported me through the last 10 years of living  with arthritis as well as so many other patients in pain.
