Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Two years ago my idea of a run was a seat in a warm car.
My idea of fitness training was watching my son play football
My idea of healthy eating was not having chips with my curry
The shock of hitting 15 and a half stone was too much...... since then I have lost some weight....... but fitness! Going for a run still involved the car.
Now it is different i have started running..... on my legs!
My motivation for this is that on primary 1 sports day in May 2010, I will take part in the fathers race and ......
I will not be last (i hope)
So i am running for my kids, but I am lucky because they are all healthy and happy and much, much fitter than I.
So I am going to run the 10k in Edinburgh in May for children and families that aren't as fortunate as me and my family.
