This Spring, I will be taking part in two Half Marathon events to help raise money and awareness for the wonderful work that Clic Sargent do in providing support for families and children who are dealing with the prospect of fighting cancer.

Those who know me will know that these sort of events are not new to me, however this year there will be a twist!  I will be running both the Yeovil Half Marathon (30/03/2014) and the Plymouth Half Marathon (27/04/2014) dressed as The Incredible Hulk!

Last September, my family and I were saddened to find out that my daughter Grace's pre-school friend, Archie, had been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  He has since been subject to intensive treatment which will continue for some time and we can only imagine the stress and anxiety that this has caused both young Archie and his Family.  We are aware that Clic Sargent have been an immense rock in terms of supporting the family during a time where their lives had been turned upside down.  Archie's barvery throught this ordeal has led him to a nickname of 'Incredible Arch' due to the strength he has shown and his love of The Incredible Hulk. 

Any donations that you can make to this cause, no matter how big or small would be greatly appreciated by the charity.
