Now then, after completing a 10k run last year (without stopping!!) I've decided I'm the new Paula Radcliffe and decided to sign up to another one this year (all in the name of charity). And this time, I've roped the old husband into joining me! I've even got myself a personal trainer just to get me fit (or that's what I'm telling Andy anyway!!). 

On Sunday May 16th, Andy and I will be taking part in the Manchester 10k, and will be attempting to run ... or jog round the streets (I'll try avoiding the shops whilst Andy will be avoiding the bars!!)

We've decided to run for Claire House, which is charity based on the Wirral that provides specialist care and support to very ill children. This is a really special charity that is 100% reliant on donations, therefore I'd like to kindly ask for your support by sponsoring us.
