I am attempting to beat my 2008 “Sprint” Triathlon time (2 Hours 9 minutes) on the 7^th August.  The ‘Sprint’ consists of a 750m swim / 20k bike ride followed by a 5k run.   

I thought l that I should also take this opportunity to try and raise funds for Havens Hospices which provides respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for adults and children living with serious illnesses or conditions. It aims to make their journey - and that of the family - as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way. The love and care provided by the Care Team in the homely surroundings at Fair Havens Hospice and Little Havens Children's Hospice is free of charge and therefore rely heavily on donations so I would be very grateful if you would help me raise as much money as possible and sponsor me.
