I came out of it relatively unscathed as far as blisters are concerned - just a bit stiff afterwards so the many hours training on roads and up and down hills here paid off.  I feel I could have done it faster but 17,000 women walking round chatting; having to cross what seemed like hundreds of roads waiting for green lights; being funnelled through tunnels and barriers and having to walk on pavements made it impossible to go any quicker.  I know some friends wanted to know if I would actually complete the course before donating and the 'Donate' button above on this page will let you do this.  But thanks to everyone for their good wishes and fantastic generosity.   At the time of writing I have raised £1,105 through Just Giving and cheques from your generosity so thank you so much.
