I am running in the 2010 Brighton Marathon on Sunday 18th April with my friend Philippa in support of Grove House. Please don't feel obliged to donate but all money raised will go direct to Grove House and not towards funding my race place.  During training for the marathon I'll be running over 500 miles (whatever the weather), in addition to the 26 miles 385 yards on the day!!

Grove House supports and cares for patients, families and friends affected by cancer or a life-threatening illness in St.Albans and the surrounding areas. They help cancer patients right from the time of diagnosis (or even pre-diagnosis) through to the end-stage of illness.  Across all their services the emphasis is on supporting patients to live as full a life as possible, where they want to be - at home.
