URGENT MESSAGE!

Due to all the volcanic ash over England, I've not been able to fly back to London to run the marathon, all the money that has been donated will be used by The Shaw Trust and be used against any total I raise next year... bring on the 2011 London Marathon :)

With less than 2 weeks to go before the race and the 26 miles that face me, the nerves are building! arghhhhh

But training the heat in Panama City will I'm sure help with stamina for the race, my training is going well and really looking forward to the atmosphere of the day and meeting all the runners and crowd, its gonna be electric!

Calling all family and friends to support The Shaw Trust and also show there support for me, doing something that for Sundip is completely unbelievable and most would say silly and stupid.
