For all those that know me as part of my weight loss campaign I have also started running on a regular basis.  My aim is to do more in 2010 and to combine this with raising money for worthwhile charities.  This will be my first fun run on this journey and I would be greatful if you would support my in supporting this very worthwhile charity.   Without the help and support of people like you Kirkwood Hospice would not be able to the valuable work that it does.
