Auntie pat was the most selfless, loving individual who remained positive and strong till the end. On the 13 May 14, she lost her battle with stomach cancer.

The following year my dad was diagnosed with the same, but was fortunate enough to be able to have an operation that proved to be life saving.

Since that date, auntie pats husband uncle bob, and my uncle John have both been diagnosed with bowel cancer and are continuing their daily battle. 

Prior to all these, my uncle Brian and auntie Mavis both survived their own cancer battles (prostate and Breast).

We are 'lucky' to have a strong supportive family that will continue to face cancer and win!
