Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Xavier, who is one of Raphael’s (my son) best buddies, had a complication during labour that led to cerebral palsy. Up until he was 18 months old no one could say for certain how the injury in his brain would affect him, but when he started finding difficult to roll over and crawl the doctor soon realise he was going to have difficulties walking.
Xavier is now only 3 years old and has already gone through several courses of intense physiotherapy, has had Botox injected into his muscles in an attempt to make them relax and the list could go on.
Bottom line is Xavier will only be able to walk if he has an operation that is only available in the states and at great cost. So we need to help him raise the money he will need to have this operation.
Please join forces with me to make this happen for him. He deserves an opportunity to be able to do what so many of us just take for granted.
As Winston Churchill once said “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give”.
No one knows what the future will be like for Xavier, but I do know it will be a lot brighter with your help.
Please give what you can, every little bit helps!!!
