Story

Recently we were heart broken at the passing of our dear friend Sorcha. She had a stroke and sadly did not survive. The swimming community was devastated that this beautiful young woman died so suddenly. Sorcha loved the sea and swam so gracefully regularly from her beloved Blackrock Diving Tower. In her memory, 5 of her friends,  Annette Cullen, Helen Colfer, Cliona Pierse, Majella Scanlan and Michelle Power are  swimming 42km as a relay team from Inis Mór to the diving tower in Salthill in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation.

Thank you for your donations and support.
