In lieu of flowers, I feel what my Grandma would want is for that money to go to helping the community, something she did all her life. 

She battled breast cancer and beat it, with help, treatment and support from the team at Manor hospital. As a family we would like to to pay back their hard work by making a donation in her name so they can continue the invaluble work they do.
