BARCLAYS CORPORATE OPERATIONS, TEAM LEADER ACADEMY SUPPORTS THE RSPCA!
(All the money we raise will go to the RSPCA Birmingham Animal Rescue Centre)
GIVE A LITTLE TO DO A LOT!
Between 24th November 2009 and 4th February 2010 the Team Leader Academy within Barclays Corporate Operations aims to hold events in order to raise much needed funds for the RSPCA Birmingham Animal Centre, based in Barnes Hill, Weoley Castle, Birmingham.

How money could be spent:£6.50 feeds an abandoned puppy for a week
* £10 can pay towards treatment for an abused animal £25 helps find a loving home for a kitten £50 pays for a dog to be kept for a weekHowever, these amounts add up enormously when you consider that in 2008 we rehomed over 1,400 animals.
What we have done so far.....
Barclays Trade Services Holiday Raffle - raised £189 giving away 6 x 1 day holidays. (29th November 2009 and 9th December)
Barclays Coporate Operations sweet shop - raised £211.38 selling sweets gift wrapped by Natalie (17th December 2009)
Barclays Corporate Operation RSPCA Xmas booze and chocolate raffle - raised £836 (£418 Barclays matched funding), two hampers one containing £50 worth of various drinks and chocolate and one containing £40 worth of various chocolates. (19th-23rd December)
Barclays Corporate Operations Charity Football Tournament - raised £600 (£300 arclays matched funding), 5-a-side tournament at Poer League in Aston on 24th Jan 2010. To see some of the action visit YouTube "Barclays Supports the RSPCA".
