Yes believe it or not I'm aiming to run around the Emirates Stadium (home of the greatest team in the world 'Arsenal!') 10 times (6.4km)! 

I know I'm not in the greatest shape and it's been 9 years since I cycled from Birmingham to London for charity, but I think your support and encouragement (via donations!) will help me get past the finish line and raise money for a really worthwhile cause. So please dig deep and donate now.
