On 16th September 2010,  a team of 10 from Tate & Lyle will set off from London, on bikes, bound for Paris (that's 233 miles!)  - all in the name of charity. More specifically, Caravan.

Caravan helps people all over the UK who have worked, or are working, in all areas of the grocery industry and have now found that they need some extra support to get by. Caravan raises money through a variety of fundraising events, donations and corporate sponsorship. The help that Caravan provides can make a very real difference and it provides not only monetary support, but also appliances and everyday items that many take for granted.

To give you an idea of what lay ahead for us, here is our itinerary:
