Breeze is the UK’s biggest programme ever to get more women into riding bikes for fun. A programme set up by British Cycling, with the aim to help thousands more women feel confident and comfortable about going on a ride.

While cycling is becoming more and more popular in the UK, the proportion of women getting involved is actually declining. We want to change that. We train up volunteer Breeze champions who organise and lead free, local, group bike rides for women of all ages and abilities. Find out more at breezebikerides.com

Team Breeze, a collective of Breeze champions and regular riders, have come together and challenged themselves with the legendary 54 mile London to Brighton bike ride,the British Heart Foundations’ flagship fundraising event. We’ve joined forces with the BHF toinspire more women to join in the fun and get out on their bikes, while raising vital funds to support the pioneering work of such an incredible charity.
