Help the Hospices was selected by GAP after a great amount of research, time and care. As a national charity focusing on local care, Help the Hospices touches the lives of millions of people every year. Their vision is to ensure that everyone has access to the best possible care towards the end of their life, from young children to adults, making them feel as comfortable as possible and helping families deal with their loss.
