On Sept 3rd, Myself, Pat Kiely, Sheridan Hindle and Jenny Brown plan to participate in a gruelling Charity 3 Day Cycle Ride from London to Paris! This is in aid of Help the Hospices, who organise this event annually.

LATEST NEWS! We are so close now to 5 figures! Please give all you can? It makes those sores and blisters all the more tolerable! Thanks to all!

Think we're all ready to go? Gel bars, energy drinks and copious amounts of sudocrem! We are all looking forward to the start of what should be, weather permitting, a fantastic trip???
