On the 20th december 2016 our family will be holding a sponsored balloon release in memory of our beautiful baby boy Cayson Harley James Mattis on what should of been his 1st birthday. We would be very grateful if you would sponsor a balloon for just £2. All money raised wil go to The SMA Trust to help with clinical research in finding a cure. Our family had no idea what SMA was or that cayson had this genetic condition.
