Since Belle Bygrave was saved from a potential life threatening illness in the Summer of 2008, her family and friends realised that their lives would never quite be the same again.  After an agonising few weeks in hospital Belle recovered quickly thanks to the team of specialists who treated her. Thankfully her story has ended happily.  Others aren’t so fortunate.  So indebted to this team, those close to Belle decided to join forces to raise funds for The Great Ormond Street Hospital as a mark of gratitude for saving Belle but also in recognition of the hundreds of sick children like Belle who the hospital treats every year, some less fortunate than Belle.
