Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We successfully completed the walk and made it back just before the rain set in! For Joshua this really was a big ask and he managed it with no ill effects although we did have some fun getting him over a style or two! Thank you for totally beating our expectations on how much we could raise - wonderful!

The XLP Research Trust came out of our battle with this condition and every penny raised goes to help fund research that will help other families affected by this rare but life taking condition. We expect to have our second grant round later this year.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Blessings
