I've decided that I need to do some carbon offsetting for all the trips I do around Europe, and so have decided to get on my bike and tackle the 56 miles to Brighton!! (I've asked if I can take the car,but apparently its against the rules)  

I've got a target of raising £350 for the British Heart Foundation, those of you know it know what a worthwhile cause it is and the difference it makes to the lives of loads of people out there. 

EVERY PENNY COUNTS! so don't feel you have to pledge loads if i get a £5 from 70 people I'm there! Of course its not just your cash I'm after, if you fancy a day out in sunny Brighton come along on the day to cheer on all the riders and laugh at me as I crawl over the finishing line!
